Surveys

The Family to Family Health Information Center will be collecting information from time to time on the training and information needs of families in advocating and navigating health care systems. There may also be links to surveys that identify health care financing issues that families may be experiencing on this page. We think it is important to identify resource and information needs of families who have children and youth with special health care needs. We will ask families to use the online Monkey Survey from time to time for this purpose. Currently we have no on-line survey but watch for the link by February 15, 2008.
